A few simple answers
How often do you send your orders out?
We endeavour to ship your order the next working day (Monday-Friday), but occasionally there will be delays and your shipment won't leave us until the second working day
What carriers do you use for shipping?
At this stage all shipments are sent via Australia Post. If that changes, we will update customers of the new carriers
What happens if a shipment is late arriving?
If you have a shipment that is late arriving, check your emails for the notification about tracking. Then you can visit the Australia Post site (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search) and enter your tracking number.
If the tracking shows it has already been delivered, and you don't have the items, please check with anyone else onsite - they may have received the item without telling you. Still no luck - call or visit your local post office for more information
Do you offer free shipping?
We definitely do offer free shipping on orders over $79.
I am in Perth too. Can I collect my order instead of paying for shipping?
We have just added in the collection option - you can book a time and day that suits you, then head in to grab your items. We can also do contactless delivery if you let us know you have any concerns
What happens if items in my order are broken on arrival?
Generally, if items are broken the package has been dropped or crushed in transit - we take great pride in packing your order to the best of our ability.
If your order contains broken items, please take some photos and email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
I want to return some or all or my order. What do I need to do?
The team at Oly and Jo want you to love your items, so if you have any concerns about your order or specific items please don't hesitate to email us at email@example.com
If I return my order do I get a full refund?
If you paid any shipping charges on your order (under $49) then we do not refund shipping costs. Once you return the items we will refund you purchase price less any shipping charges.
What do I need to do to initiate a return/refund?
In the first instance, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you can provide the following information, it will help us process your request sooner: Your name
Your order number
The item/s you wish to return
The reasons for your return ie damaged, not as ordered, don't like the goods
We will then be in touch and help you sort out what happens next
